Dear Michael,

I just wanted to take a mount to let you know how pleased we are since upgrading to the Ebis software system. The transition process between the old and new system was the most pain free that we have ever had. Form the transfer of data to the initial training, it could not have gone smoother.

The labor saving features through out Ebis, from technician labor monitoring and accounting to parts tracking, are as you promised. To be able to access information with just a click of the mouse that would normally take hours or days to tabulate is truly fantastic.

I’d like to give a special thank you to Eric Baal for his customer support. His response time to technical questions and upgrade suggestion has been excellent. Datcomedia is lucky to have a man of his caliber on board.

Your pride and dedication to aviation clearly shows in your Ebis software system.
