To Whom It May Concern:

Earlier this year, one of my customers from Santa Barbara was telling me about this computer system in a shop down south where there were computer workstations on the floor and the mechanics entered all their work on the computer. This is how I found out about EBis by DatcoMedia. After a couple of calls and a review of the website and talking to Mike Lentini, President of Sales and Marketing, I was in the "GO" mode.

I have to tell you it is great. We were handwriting our entire repair orders then manually transcribing into an old program so that we could print the invoice for the customer. It was so time consuming that we were as much as a month behind in sending out invoices. Our logbook program required us to handwrite everything on a form then entered into the computer to print the sticker. All that is gone. All entries go into the program and at the end we print the invoices and the logbook stickers with a push of a button.

Support has been great. There were several changes I asked for in the program and I can usually download the change the very next day off of email. Our backlog is gone. Most invoices are printed before we even finish washing the plane. In the last 90 days, our receivables have dropped over 50% by just getting the invoices out quicker. Overall, billed hour efficiency has increased about 5% during the same period.
