Spokane Airways has just finished our 6th month of operation with your EBis software package. Your product is nothing short of phenomenal!
I was absolutely sold on the product after seeing it in use the first time while on a road trip to San Diego, but I had no idea what the positive impact to the operation was going to be until we began running the system. It is not so much a fantastic software program (although it is that, also) as much as a new outlook on how we can process information and maintain organization to a degree that was not available to us in the past.
Prior to implementing EBis, I was to the point of needing to hire a dedicated employee to take over my duties regarding work order processing and log book entries. EBis IS that employee … and more! We have not only freed up several hours a day of my own time, but our mechanic productivity has been raised by an average of 15-20% just by implementing the system and allowing them to do their work more effectively.
In an industry that has long been heralded as “Paperwork Driven”, I would personally like to say THANK YOU for eliminating the vast majority of that paperwork from my desk.
