Gentlemen.
In August of 2000 I made a decision that would forever change the way I do business.
I own and operate a FAA Certified Repair Station, I was in my first year of business, and found myself spending more of my time dealing with paper work than working on my customers aircraft. As you are aware, operating a Repair Station requires more paper work than trying to book a flight on the space shuttle. I found myself very frustrated trying to keep track of employee time sheets, work orders, incoming and outgoing parts, customer data, aircraft data, invoices, customer payments and deposits. I was using 3 different software programs to run my business. QuickBooks for accounting and invoicing, Excel for employee and parts tracking, Word for logbook endorsements.

After loading and using the software for 2 weeks I found myself trying to figure out what I was going to do with my free time. Ebis has totally changed how we operate our business. Our customers are much more informed and information is easier to exchange between customers and employees. If a customer calls or stops by for an update we can bring up the work order and tell them exactly what the status of the aircraft is (try that with 3 different software programs). Ebis helped take our cash flow from negative to positive. When the aircraft is done, we now have the ability to print a completed invoice and logbook entry. Bottom line, the bill gets paid before the aircraft leaves.
Eric Baal and Michael Lentini have brought general aviation into the computer age. Thanks to the creative thinking of Michael and the talents of Eric we will all benefit from having Ebis.
