We have been using your EBIS software package since November, 2000. This software has been a great help in establishing cost effective and labor reducing procedures in our new Manufactures & Maintenance Facility. I am very impressed with the detail that has been written into this software. It is obvious that is was written from the perspective of a repair station operator and not from a software engineers? perception of how a repair station should run.

One of the key elements in operating a profitable shop is labor tracking. EBIS provides a means to do this that is both easy for the technician and effective for management evaluation. I am convinced that EBIS has eliminated the need for at least one full time employee and increased the efficiency of our current staff.

Your technical support has been outstanding. From helping with installation and compatibility questions to help with the setup of our wireless network there has always been knowledgeable staff available and willing to take whatever time was necessary to resolve the issue.
