Mr. Michael Lentini & Mr. Eric Baal:

I feel now after using your EBis system for over five years this month, I need to place some thanks and praise on your system.

From the very first days of setting up the system and all the necessary software, I realized that your constant attention to the customers need is the way to build a great business. Michael and Eric you were immediately there to insure that all the computers, seven and the servers were properly set up and that your programs and their integration with all other systems worked perfectly.

Our company was quite amazed at how simple it was to be able to stop all the repetitive compiling of information to complete a total maintenance invoice and proper documentation for the customer. Our customers were and still complementing the manner in which they can understand every item completed on their aircraft. In addition the FAA when on occasion perform a field inspection were able to understand that all requirements were documented and up to date with complete record kept on each item worked on.

We have continually been able to receive immediate first class attention when we inquired any help to have a issue resolved. We also have been very appreciative that most any reasonable request to add or change procedures has been done in a day or two.

It is remarkable that as long as we have used EBis that we can still find many different and better ways we can function in out maintenance facility. All our technicians find this program very friendly to operate, even the High School Students we employee find EBis easy to use. There is no one on our staff that would think of changing programs today they all love EBis. The reporting side of EBis is great we have so many definitive reports and lists.

The bottom line is that Mike is the bottom line. Every year since EBis was introduced to our maintenance facility we have increase our bottom line. The first year 10% the second and following years a little better and this year we are looking at 30% increase maintenance performed and a solid 30% profit for this year.
