We have just completed our third month using EBis. I want to take this opportunity to tell you how well the program is working for us and to describe some of the benefits we have experienced since installing EBis.

Prior to EBis we were using a paper work order and purchase order system. The review process prior to monthly billing was a chore I dreaded. We could not track real time labor consumption or productivity due to the timing of our manual data entry requirements. EBis has allowed us to move to a continuous billing process. Completed work orders are reviewed and approved shortly after completion. Details are fresh in our minds. Billing questions are easy to answer. Invoices are ready for billing when completed not when accounting is done processing our paper work orders. The previous day's labor billings are reviewed to ensure each technician has accounted for his time. We can now run reports in real time that can be used to check trends and prevent shortfalls prior to them occurring.

Implementation was trouble free. EBis is a logical work order system that doesn't use arcane jargon or unnecessary steps and keystrokes to maneuver through the program. In short it doesn't try to be everything to everyone. We've found it to be a perfect fit for our needs.

EBis has paid for itself. We have captured costs and increased billings that would be evaporated using our manual system. There was little to no learning curve for most of our technicians. For me, the reporting alone is worth the price of the system.

Equally important to the cost savings is the product support we enjoy from Datcomedia. Your commitment to customer support is genuine. We appreciate Datcomedia's quick responses to our requests for individual attention.
