EBis uses Microsoft SQL Server 2005(R) for the
database information. SQL Server is a very powerful
database engine that is used by countless companies
throughout the world. EBis 3.1 also uses Microsoft's
new software frameworks: .NET Framework 1.1
and 2.0.
Between the .NET Framework and SQL Server,
EBis 3.1 offers a reliable, efficient, and scalable
solution that is easily adaptable to your business.
EBis Requirements
Operating
System: Windows 2000, XP Professional, or
Vista.
with .NET Framework 1.1 and 2.0 installed (free
downloads from Microsoft); and Internet Explorer
6.x or higher.
Processor: Pentium 4 - 2.0GHz or higher
Ram: 256 MB or higher (recommended 512
MG, 1GB+ for server)
Hard Drive Space: 100 MB on client, 500+ MB on Server
Video Card: 1024x768, 32-bit Color, or higher highly recommended.
Multi-User: 100 Base-T Network or Wireless-G, properly configured Windows network with all computers accessible over the network.
